• Defective items: Report within 7 days. Include photos, and we’ll cover return shipping for a replacement or refund.
• Minor wear (e.g., scratches on leather): Not eligible for free returns but qualifies for a 15% partial refund if you choose to keep the item.
• Customized/personalized bags: Non-returnable unless defective.

• After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days).
